Howdy! My name is Katie Fletcher. I'm the Art and Journalism teacher at the HS level. I'm also the Student Council Sponsor. I'm a very proud graduate of Frenship High School and Texas Tech University (GO RAIDERS!). This is my ninenth year of teaching, all of them spent as a Wink Wildcat. Go Cats!
