I grew up down the road in Kermit where I found some success running in high school. I was lucky enough to attend Lubbock Christian University and compete on their running teams as well. That is where I met my wife, Devin, who was also a runner for the school. We have three amazing kids: Harper (9), Connor (5), and Crew (3). I am going into my 12th year in education. In my free time, I enjoy coaching my kids, running as far as possible, and playing video games with my younger brothers. This past year more than ever, I have learned to appreciate this amazing community. There is no place my family would rather be than Wink.

I currently teach Freshman and Junior English. I also serve as our Head Cross Country coach, Assistant Girls' Basketball coach, and Assistant Track coach for our athletic programs.
