School Board Passes Resolution to Name New Band Hall in Honor of Johnney J. Whiteaker. At a regular board meeting on March 25th, the board passed a resolution to name the new band hall the Johnney J. Whiteaker Band Hall. Mr. Whiteaker was Wildcat Band Director from 1956 -1984.
