Your appointment will begin with a brief health questionnaire. A Nurse Practitioner will then share your testing results and create a Personal Action Plan for you. Please be prepared to provide your vaccination history (including the dates of your most recent vaccines) and the dates of your most recent preventive screenings (e.g. mammogram, colorectal cancer screening, your last annual physical, etc.).

We recommend using a personal phone, tablet or laptop computer that’s not connected to your company’s network or VPN for your VirtualCheckup®. Many companies block video connections on company devices and networks, so you may not be able to see, hear or interact with your Nurse Practitioner on a company device or network.

SUPPORTED BROWSERS: Current versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (discontinued in 2016 and replaced by Microsoft Edge) is not supported and will not work.

Please check the settings on your personal device prior to your appointment to ensure camera and microphone access are enabled.
