  3. Identify health concerns by observation and assessment of needs, and provide appropriate care.

  5. Immunization verification according to state guideline requirements.
  6. Screenings: vision, hearing, scoliosis

 

Flu Shot Clinic

Monahans Pharmacy will be here to provide flu shots to insured patients 7 years of age and up 

 

Flu shots are open to the public, and covered 100% by most insurances. 

 

Please return attached consent forms by 10/14/2023.Once the forms have been completed, send them back with your child as soon as possible or take pictures and send those pictures to 432-559-9276 or email to [email protected]
